Slow Flow is designed for newer yoga students, those who are building the fundamentals of their practice, and practitioners who want to focus on taking it easy. 

Strong Flow yoga class

  • Build strength and find the rhythm in Strong Flow. Students will be taken through an hour-long sequence of yoga postures based on balance, core work, and alignment. Challenge yourself with optional advancements and find the power within to connect your breath and your movements.
