Our Pre-Pro Program is designed for our youth athletes ages 8 to 12. We believe that in order to build success it starts with a strong foundation. Pugh Training's core belief is teaching our pre-pro athletes techniques, body control, & unity so they have a full understanding of what it takes to get to the next level.
THE ELITE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES LOOKING TO MAXIMIZE THEIR STRENGTH, SPEED, EXPLOSION & LATERAL QUICKNESS! OUR GOAL IS TO MAXIMIZE EVERY ATHLETE'S TALENT TO GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE AMONG ELITE COMPETITION!
