Pre-Pro Program

Description

Our Pre-Pro Program is designed for our youth athletes ages 8 to 12. We believe that in order to build success it starts with a strong foundation. Pugh trainings core belief is teaching our pre-pro athletes techniques, body control, & unity so they have a full understanding of what it takes to get to the next level. 

Training Days

Mon-Wed: 7:30pm

Tues: 6:30pm

Thurs: 5:30pm
