Jordan Pugh (Owner/Trainer/NFL Veteran)

Jordan Pugh is an NFL veteran whose #1 passion in life is football. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints in 2014 prior to the club's NFC Divisional Playoff game to strengthen the secondary and special teams units. Before joining the Saints, Pugh played as safety for the Washington Redskins in 2013 and 2012. He was originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers, where he played for two years. Admired by fans and teammates alike, Pugh has caught the attention of the sports media community, writers and broadcasters, who comment on his trusted speed and tackling ability.

Prior to joining the NFL, Jordan achieved college football success at Texas A&M University where he played cornerback (freshman and junior years) and safety (sophomore and senior years). He was a three-year starter at Texas A&M and played in 50 games with 37 starts. He also posted 212 tackles and grabbed 4 interceptions, contributing to an All–Big 12 honorable mention during his senior year.

Veleisa Patton Burrell (Yoga Instructor)

Veleisa Patton Burrell is a yoga enthusiast who also happens to love lifting weights. After enduring stress at her 9-5, she found peace on the mat in hot yoga. Fast forward to 2013, and Veleisa completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Dallas at Sunstone Academy and began teaching part-time. Her favorite class to teach is Power Flow, a vinyasa-based style of practice that helps students connect their breath with their movement and really gets the heart pumping! 


Veleisa considers every opportunity to teach and practice as a gift. In her classes, you'll enjoy active stretching, invigorating and challenging sequences meant to work your brain and body, and a teacher with a sense of humor that doesn't take herself too seriously.

Natalie Benson (Fitness Instructor)

Natalie Aneil Benson is a fitness professional who prides herself on helping others obtain their fitness and health goals. A native of Dallas, Texas, Natalie first fell in love with physical fitness on the track and field while in high school. Soon after graduating and becoming a stylist, she decided to pursue a career as a fitness competitor which resulted in Natalie achieving her IFBB Pro status in figure competition. 

Today, Natalie enjoys working with her fitness clients both in person and online all the while establishing herself in the fitness industry as a fitness model, motivator and master trainer. 

Natalie’s style of training is HIIT mixed with strength and conditioning. She believes in mixing up your routine to not only avoid plateaus but to also keep your workouts fun yet effective. 

She’s a stickler for correct form and is all about pushing her clients out of their comfort zones. Her down to earth personality is a bonus that makes her relatable and easy to work with. If transforming yourself for the better is your desire than Natalie is your girl!
